As Tina turner would say..”simply the best” and yes, they are definitely better than all the rest! The moment you walk into this place all the girls are so warm and lovely. The business is certainly run by people who love what they do and it shows. I’ve received laser, facials, fillers, etc and have yet to be disappointed! They are consistent in their services- every time - and are always transparent, friendly and do their best to make you comfortable.
I would certainly recommend this place! If you don’t go here yet, y’all are missing out!

AURORA Medical Spa is definitely TOP NOTCH and actually deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the time I walked into the front door to the time I left everyone was so professional & friendly. They all gave off good vibes and positive energy. I felt right at home. Then when I went into the back for my consultation with the "BioTe Specialist/ Nurse Practitioner SARA TERBAY APRN, MSN, FNP-C" I immediately liked her! Her knowledge told me she knew exactly what she was talking about! She is all about optimizing our wellbeing so that we can feel better and feel normal again. She explained everything very thoroughly and made sure that I understood. After speaking with her, I knew immediately that I wanted what they have to offer so that I can be the person that I used to know myself as. I just want my life back and I truly believe that this place is going to be my answer. I am so excited🙌
If you do not know anything about BioTe, then you definitely need to read up on it. And once you do, you will want to immediately go and check into it.😎 Aurora is the place you will want to go to get BioTe!!!! They are all so AMAZING!!! 🙌 You definitely will not be disappointed!

I have had zero idea on how laser hair removal works but I have learned so much already in two days. I just had my first appointment, and it went great! I felt comfortable the whole time and Erika is so professional and personable, which I love!! All the staff that I have met, are very warm and welcoming as well. I can't wait to go to my second appointment. :)

Aurora is the place you want to go for your skin care and consultation on any procedures they offer! The place is immaculate annd bright. The gals from the front desk and all the employees that work there are so pleasant and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable when you can be nervous about the process and procedure. They put in a lot of time on education for the newest and best techniques on performing the procedures which is important to me. Obviously, the work they do is top notch. My aging skin has improved 100%. ❤️❤️Aurora!

Love Aurora! I've been going to Aurora in Georgetown for about 3 years now and I have never had a bad experience. The Skin Care Club is their membership service and it's one of the best offers out there since it gives you a discount on almost all of their services/products and you can accumulate your cash in there to go towards whatever service you want. I have done everything from botox and filler to chemical peels and LaseMD with little to no out of pocket the day of service because I accumulate my monthly balance. The staff is all very knowledgeable and continues to become educated on the latest and most advanced procedures. Absolutely recommend if you're looking for a well rounded med spa.

This is my second visit to Aurora Medical spa, and it was great. The staff here are lovely and the location is nice and very clean. There's water, coffee and other treats available if you wish, as well as ample comfortable seating. I had an appointment with Erika both times, and she’s really wonderful, excellent beside manners and was great at listening to my needs as well as providing the service to meet my goals. She’s very serene and calm and make the experience very pleasant even when I was trying a new treatment which is something that sometimes can be out of your comfort zone but I am glad that I tried a laser Md resurfacing treatment and I can’t wait to see the results. Thank you to all the team and most specially to Erika!

I have been going to Aurora, specifically their incredible owner, Kandice, since they opened their doors. I have seen them grow, survive the pandemic, and thrive. They are truly the best. Each staff member I have met has been nothing but kind and gracious. I never feel like a customer or a client but a long time friend. There are 100’s of medspas in central Texas, but Aurora is the one you need to go to if you want to leave feeling valued and uplifted. Obviously, the work they do is top notch. I challenge you to follow their social media to look at the value they place on continuing education. You will leave Aurora looking like the best version of you.

I was greeted by two gorgeous and very nice ladies at the front desk! I went in for my complimentary consultation. It was awesome to say the least. Maira answered all the of the questions I had for her, no matter how silly I thought they were. She gave me great recommendations for my skin concerns and was very informative.
