Katie has been a nurse since 2018 and will graduate from the University of Arkansas in 2026 with her Doctorate in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is from Perryville, MO. Katie became passionate about aesthetics after seeing how the effects of medical-grade skincare could transform her own skin. She values individualized plans for patients and is focused on natural and result-driven outcomes. Creating a warm and welcoming environment is always her priority.

Lindsey has been in healthcare since 2018. She fell in love with aesthetics when realizing she felt her best when she looked her best. Since then she strives to help others achieve this goal as well. She believes in listening and understanding clients’ concerns to provide individualized care that builds confidence and creates a youthful, natural appearance.

Clinical Partner & Nurse Injector

Chelsey Becker is a board certified Advanced Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of direct client experience in the aesthetic industry. After working at Aurora Medical Spa St. Louis for numerous years, Chelsey began to realize a need for a personalized and specialized approach to facial aesthetics in her hometown. In 2020, this dream became a reality as she opened Aurora Medical Spa- Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Chelsey's proactive, detail oriented personality, her ability to create natural yet transformative results, and her dedication to continued education and advancing her knowledge, has forged her nationwide reputation as a leader of the medical aesthetic industry. Her skill, expertise, and leadership in the field has continued to thrive, and Chelsey was selected to become a national trainer for both Allergan Medical Aesthetics and Revance Therapeutics, traveling across the country to train physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses. Chelsey is known for her ability to create a customized treatment plan for each client including skincare, injectables, and aesthetic services, fulfilling her passion of helping her clients look and feel like the best version of themselves.

Nurse Injector

Mika is a Registered Nurse who started her nursing career in 2014 working for an Orthopedic Surgeon. She then began injecting as an aesthetic nurse in 2018 while working for an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon before joining Aurora Medical Spa, where she has been since 2021. Mika is passionate about helping her clients feel and look their absolute best, enhancing their natural beauty, and treating every single person as friends and family. She prides herself on natural and subtle, yet amazing results. She would love to see you at Aurora to help you become the absolute best version of yourself.

Becky Schluz

Wellness Practitioner

Becky is a board certified nurse practitioner with a Masters degree in Nursing and over 9 years of experience as an advanced practice nurse and over 14 years of experience in health care. She graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with her Bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2010 and returned to her hometown near St. Louis, MO to begin her nursing career in cardiology. She later completed her Master’s degree at Goldfarb School of Nursing then returned to Cape Girardeau to begin her advanced practice career and start a family. She comes with a wide range of knowledge from cardiology, cardio-thoracic surgery, pain management, primary care, and hormone treatment management. She is so excited to offer her guidance and expertise in Aurora’s wellness department to help her clients achieve the best possible results with their healthcare goals. She loves building long lasting relationships with her clients and is excited to offer the highest quality treatments in hormone balancing and weight loss to help her clients feel their best.

Medical Aesthetician

Taylor is a licensed esthetician and has been practicing now for 2 years. She first obtained her bachelor’s degree of health management: exercise science from Southeast Missouri University in 2019. After working in physical therapy, she wanted to pursue her love for esthetics. Her goal is to help her clients feel beautiful and confident in their own skin.

Teghan became a licensed Esthetician in May 2022. She was born and raised in Southeast Missouri. Her passion for aesthetics is evident in her everyday treatments. She strives to make her clients feel confident and comfortable in their skin. Teghan is a trained professional to help you curate your skincare regimen to your needs and help you begin a treatment plan to achieve your skin goals. She is very personable and a listening ear for every client. Her favorite thing about her job is seeing results that make her clients feel more beautiful without the filters;) Teghan is ready to help you start your journey at Aurora.
