Christian Howell-Dingley

Clinical Partner & Nurse Injector

Christian is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse with over 29 years of combined nursing experience. She has worked with several plastic surgeons and has served on the Board of Directors for the International Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses, is a AAAASF Inspector, and is a published author in the Plastic Surgery Nursing Core Curriculum 2014 4th edition. Christian has been injecting full-time for the last 15 years as a Master Cosmetic Injector and approaches each client with the overall goal of looking as NATURAL and YOUTHFUL as possible. She has a large and loyal following of clients who appreciate her aesthetic skill set and her ability to deliver excellent results. She recently spent the last 8 years with the University of Missouri in Facial Plastics and was excited when approached by Aurora Medical Spa to bring this outstanding facility to COMO! She strives for excellent customer service and results and is looking forward to serving those clients in Columbia, MO.

Laser and Skin MA

Kim is a highly experienced Medical Esthetic Provider and Laser Technician with an impressive track record spanning over 32 years. With a relentless passion for optimizing clinical results and exceptional patient outcomes, Kim has become a trusted authority in the esthetic field. She is driven to inspire and educate clients on their options to be the best version of themselves by establishing an ongoing plan that includes modern day products, services, and procedures using state of the art technology for results that are proven and backed by science. She prides herself on operating with unwavering ethical standards and maintaining a reputation for high integrity. These values are at the core of her practice, ensuring all clients receive the utmost care and attention. Kirsten Connell

Nurse Injector

Kirsten is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic injectables and bioidentical hormone replacement at Aurora. She is from Lake Saint Louis, Missouri but after earning her bachelor’s in health science and nursing at the University of Missouri, Kirsten decided to make Columbia home. In 2021, she earned her doctoral degree in nursing practice from the Sinclair School of Nursing. Kirsten’s background in perioperative and critical care ignited her desire to make a difference through early recognition, intervention, and restoration. Enhancing confidence, health and happiness while building lasting relationships is how she approaches every patient.

Stephanie Maldonado

Medical Aesthetician

Stephanie Maldonado is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician who relocated to Columbia in 2023 from Dallas, Texas. After earning her bachelor’s degree at Stephen F. Austin University, she was driven to pursue an aesthetic career as a result of her lifelong passion for science, beauty, and helping others. Stephanie extends her care and compassion to create a welcoming environment in her treatment room. She values creating long-term relationships with her clients and looks forward to restoring their confidence by ensuring their goals are understood and achieved. Her education doesn’t just stop in the treatment room, she continues to acquire an abundance of knowledge on the latest aesthetic treatments and clinical studies.
