During your treatment, a gel pad or a gel and applicator will be applied to the targeted area. These applicators use vacuum suction that will draw the tissue into the applicator cup, which delivers controlled cooling to the treatment area. You may feel intense cold or temporarily experience sensations of pulling, tingling, stinging, or cramping. These sensations typically subside within 10 minutes as the area becomes fully numb. Many clients read or even take a nap during their sessions. Afterward, you will likely be able to return to your normal activities.
